Iris Jiang

Hi, I’m Dongying. I’m from China. At this moment, I am a student at Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where I am pursuing a degree in fashion design as my undergraduate major. In order to enrich my fashion resources, I have chosen to further my studies in the United States, focusing on specialized knowledge in this field. The diverse cultural environment in the U.S. provides me with endless inspiration and creative space, significantly enhancing my design skills and broadening my perspective.

During my journey in studying fashion design, I have consistently dedicated myself to experimenting with new concepts and designs in each piece I create. I believe that fashion is not merely about the combination of garments, but rather an expression of art and thought. Therefore, I continually explore various materials, cuts, and color pairings, striving to present unique visual effects and innovative design philosophies in each collection. Every design process I undertake is an adventure, drawing inspiration from nature, culture, and technology to break conventions and create new works. This relentless pursuit of innovation also motivates me to maintain passion and vitality along my design path.
